Ordering Custom Furniture Designs from Blue Heaven Woodworks
One of the biggest advantages of ordering handiwork from Blue Heaven Woodworks is that you can make choices about your piece that you can't do in the furniture store. If you have a particular wood, size or style that you want for your design, that's no problem.
Once decisions have been made on what you want and you have chosen the materials you want used in constructing your piece, work is begun on bringing your ideas to life.
A 20% deposit is required prior to starting construction, with the balance required at the time of completion. Shipping and crating (if applicable) will be included in the final bill.
Shipping
Most smaller items will be shipped using United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (Post Office). Larger or heavier items (over 150 lbs.) must be shipped utilizing freight trucking companies on a case by case basis. These items normally require special crating and cost is to be determined.
Our Warranty
PLEASE REMEMBER: The nature of rustic furniture is the character implied through the cracking and checking of the wood. This is a normal process. The cracks give the work character and are a good indication that the piece is not factory-made by a large corporation.
With that said, Blue Heaven Woodworks warranties products against defects in workmanship for a period of one (1) year. In the case of a warranty claim, you must contact us and explain the issue. The item must be returned to the shop in Spruce Pine at the customer's cost.
